Ordering

On receipt of your order we will notify you of your order details including a reference number by email. Upon dispatch we will advise you of your tracking number so you can track your delivery.

Returns Policy

We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Giclée Prints, you may return them within 14 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. It is recommended you take out the necessary insurance with your courier and we strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.

We cannot be responsible for work returned which has been damaged by your courier.

 

Payment

All payments on this website can be made using PayPal or most of the major credit cards.

All your payment details are held on the Paypal secure severs. None of your financial records are recorded by my site.

Postage, Packaging and Delivery

Shipping usually takes place within 48 hours but please allow 5 working days for your prints to arrive.

Your Giclée Prints will be supplied securely packed. When ever possible we use a 'signed for' service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, Interlink or other similar courier service.

We offer free postage and packaging for artwork delivered within the UK including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

For Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world please email for a discounted quote.

We are not liable for any financial damage that may occur because of late deliveries.

Your Data/Privacy

In order to print and fulfill your order it is necessary to transfer your name and delivery details to the Fine Art Guild accredited Printer whose address will be clearly printed on the outside of the packaging. Your details are processed only for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry and will not be shared with any third party in any way whatsoever. If you checked the mailing list option your details will be added to our mailing list to keep you informed of any new products, or news regarding the Rowan's Print Shop Brand.

Currency

All prices quoted are in GBP - Pounds Sterling.

Overseas Shipping

Overseas purchasers are responsible for any local customs, duties and taxes required.
